Rudy Giuliani, who serves as President Trump's personal lawyer, said he spoke with a Ukrainian official about Joe Biden’s possible involvement in an investigation into the former vice president's son’s conduct relating to a Ukrainian-owned gas company.
The former New York City mayor’s meeting with Ukrainian officials was first reported by The New York Times. He later confirmed in an interview with CNN that he met with the officials.
Giuliani told CNN he spoke with Andriy Yermak, whom he called the lawyer for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, over the phone twice and agreed to a meeting in Madrid last month.
Giuliani told the network the conversation focused on Biden’s possible role in a prosecutor’s dismissal of an investigation into a Ukrainian natural gas company with connections to Biden's son and how Ukraine may have tried to damage Trump’s campaign.

Maybe he’s not what he once was, but 75 percent of him is still better than 100 percent of all the Trump backstabbers out there.

Listen he’s not as conservative as us and I know that roils some but he’s not running for president anymore and he’s an ardent ally so all of that should be let go.
And in NYC, he was considered a far right lunatic by many NYers :)
If Giuliani received any damaging facts/evidence about Biden, either he or the Hill are holding them back (for later?). My guess is that the Ukrainian government wants to stay out of this. Biden is the Dem’s leading candidate and could end up President. Then even the guy who does Biden’s second cousin’s laundry will be rolling in graft.

My guess is that the Ukrainian government wants to stay out of this.

They really don’t get to choose when to interfere and when to “stay out of it”. Yes, they are a sovereign nation, but their affairs of Biden & Son are not purely internal, are they? They should know that what occurred, if it occurred, is not diplomatically tenable.
Does Biden remember that Ukraine exists?
The US government could press Ukraine to give complete information, individuals to testify, etc. That does not appear to be what is happening. Giuliani is a private citizen looking for “dirt” on his Presidential client’s political rival. Sound familiar? I’d love for them to spill the beans, especially when/if Biden is the Dem’s nominee, but since they colluded with Hillary, Biden, and the Dems, good luck getting them to disclose their own corruption.
