Don’t these plant-based faux-foods require far more labor & raw resources to produce than the real thing?
So aren’t they far more negatively impactful on the environment?

And the food.

That "Plant based burger" is a lot less healthy then the beef one.

The more processed something is the less good it is for you. You can't get much less processed then an egg.

To them, the greater moral good is the poor helpless animals not exploited/consumed. Never mind that sterile eggs don’t hurt the creature, so it isn’t “eating the unborn”.
