I have small glaciers cascading out of my fridge door!
It’s really something.
I whip this one out: https://polarbearscience.com/2019/07/12/10-fallacies-about-arctic-sea-ice-polar-bear-survival-teachers-parents-take-note/
Just for the images of glacial growth versus stated decline.
Ode to an Ice Cube
Where I live was once covered by a Glacier two miles deep. You can’t find any trace of it today. It disappeared long before man could have had any part in its demise.
Shouldnt they put the marker a few thousand miles tothe South. Thats how far they went down during the ice age.
I visited a glacier in Alaska earlier today. It was melting rapidly.
The expert on glaciers pulled a piece of ice out of the water and explained that this ice was 400 years old.
I asked how she knew that and she replied the type of sediment frozen in the ice.
I also saw woolly mammoth tusks pulled from the river below the glacier. They explained that there was frozen fresh plants near the frozen mammoth.
So wooly mammoth farts must have caused the ice age!
Me too, but the remnants left behind contain 10% of the earths fresh water.
No, they are "Pocket Glaciers" so You can carry them around and prove that Globull Warming is fake.
Trump should buy Iceland as well. Might as well buy up the entire block, glaciers and all.
I wouldn’t put up a memorial plaque or carry on like those people, but old growth trees are beautiful and I can understand the sense of loss. I don’t think you have to be an unhinged moonbat or a tree-hugger to appreciate natural beauty.
It’ll grow back, fools.
Idiots.
With the slowing down of the Iceage which advanced in the 1200-1300s (Little Ice Age) they will be able to grow crops on all that land -— like they did in those prior centuries.
Maybe they would feel better if they could send hate letters to the Sun (the real cause of them loosing their precious glacier). Deliver them to the SUN with their first manned-spaceship - but not forget to “GO AT NIGHT” )
Here is Agusta, age 7. On average, Iceland has two people with Down syndrome born each year.
Are they for sale?
Nah, I leave the North Pole to Santa Claus. He told me to stay in my lane.
10,000 years ago that area was under one mile of ice and no one said a thing about the first 5,279 feet melting
Horsesht.
