Bollard fence is not a wall.
Bollard is metal rebar to cover with concrete.
Concrete walls can be built with peep holes.
At least metal rebar is a start.
That is a trivial attempt to place your own misguided opinion to replace the design engineers that developed an effective cost effective solution
A truly inane and mindless comment but thanks for participating.
Bollard is not rebar. Its a rigid structure, usually pipe or I beam stood up in a concrete foundation to prevent damage or entry from vehicles or foot traffic. Rebar is not considered rigid, and is used only for enforcing concrete. Your info source is incorrect.
A primer on the problem...
The CA/Mexico border is 137 miles long.
The NM/Mexico border is 210 miles long.
The AZ/Mexico border is 389 miles long.
The TX/Mexico border is 1254 miles long.
Won't be easy. But it can and will be done. This ain't the Alaska Highway nor the Panama Canal. If Demwits had not sued for every inch of ground we could have had this thing up already!
