Border Patrol agents arrested a previously deported Mexican child rapist who illegally re-entered the U.S. in Arizona. In a separate incident, Border Patrol agents in Texas arrested a French citizen wanted in his home country for murder.
Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station arrested 37-year-old Carlos Blancas-Rojas for being in the U.S. illegally. A background check on the Mexican national revealed a conviction from a Washington state court for the Rape of a Child in 2008, according to Tucson Sector officials.
Further investigation uncovered an active warrant in Washington and two previous removals from the U.S. He now faces federal felony charges of illegal re-entry after removal as an aggravated felon. If convicted on the charge, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

Raping a child should have consequences as deadly as the crime. Return him to France if we have no jurisdiction other than he came in illegally....shave his head and brand him then let the French have their way with the rapist...imho.
During the Trump roundup this should be done.Check the precinct list of registered voters where these people resided. If they’re on that list, Federal crime, charge them and those that enabled them to vote knowing they were illegals. If ebough noise is made it should discourage illegals still here from voting. Besides determining how they got a drivers license show how much it’s costing taxpayers of that state. Also point out increased premiums on drivers insurance rates. As well as demonstrate how ,local ,state and federal taxes are increased by divertting edicational, medical, food and housing allocations to meet illegal’s needs at citizen expence.
