William Barr is not the bad guy here. I am losing faith in him since refusing to indict Comey and since McCabe remains unindicted as well. But Barr is not the bad guy in this scenario. It sounds like he is trying. He is not a Comey clone like Wray is.
No... he's just INEFFECTIVE and probably will finish his tenure the same.
Barr appears to be Sessions without the recusal factor.
