Many criminals never stop unless incarcerated or eliminated.
Longer prison sentence law would work. They are too soft on actual gun violence. Shooting at police should be at least 20.

Hmmm. Maybe it was supposed to be “laws” not “seats”? That would make sense.
Clearly the answer is to continue these policies and make sure that law abiding citizens are defenseless(/s).

The phrase "take a seat" can be used as a way to tell someone to shut up, or as an insult. "Have a million seats" is a way of telling the Mayor of Philadelphia to stop saying ridiculous nonsense.
