People have written about hard core factory construction running into more work than a one-armed paper hanger. I hope that’s right, as it means we’ll start making our own stuff again. We HAVE to make our own stuff.

If the Dem party goes on the assumption that Trump will win in 2020, they’ll not waste a general election on Biden who is too old to profit from the learning experience. They’ll back someone who will still be young enough to run in 2024, and who will then have one presidential campaign under their belt — along with some sympathy for having lost to the Orange Man Bad.
