Scott Jenkins is the sheriff of Culpeper County in Virginia. In that capacity, and pursuant to requests from the federal government, he turned an illegal immigrant over to ICE once that immigrant finished serving his criminal sentence.
The illegal immigrant had been arrested for driving without a license and for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The Culpeper County Jail received a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and an administrative arrest warrant from the Department of Homeland Security, there being probable cause to believe Rios was a “removable alien.”
The detainer asked the local jail to notify ICE at least 48 hours before Rios’s release, and requested that the jail also maintain custody of the alien for a period not to exceed 48 hours beyond the time when he would otherwise have been released from custody, to allow the Department of Homeland Security to assume custody.

Some time ago a lefty over at Hannity challenged me saying I oppose illegal aliens because I don’t like them.
Nice not to flat out call me a racist, huh? Just imply it.
I responded that insofar as many illegal aliens are Christians I actually like them better than I do the people on the far Left, but I still want all illegal aliens gone because they’ve no right to even be here.
That shut him up for a moment.

I’m sure the racist Virginia officials are looking for a way to undermine this.
During the Trump roundup this should be done.Check the precinct list of registered voters where these people resided. If they’re on that list, Federal crime, charge them and those that enabled them to vote knowing they were illegals. If ebough noise is made it should discourage illegals still here from voting. Besides determining how they got a drivers license show how much it’s costing taxpayers of that state. Also point out increased premiums on drivers insurance rates. As well as demonstrate how ,local ,state and federal taxes are increased by divertting edicational, medical, food and housing allocations to meet illegal’s needs at citizen expence.
