The mayor of Barnegat Township, New Jersey has launched a campaign against a new law that will require public schools to teach LGBT history and the contributions of prominent LGBT individuals.
Mayor Alfonso Cirulli turned some heads during Tuesday's township committee meeting with a personal opinion that he said does not represent the entire committee.

The only sane person in NJ?!! I grew up there and seriously...the only person in the town where I grew up who wasn’t an abject loser (myself included) was the town’s chief detective. I found that out when he locked me up! We became great friends!

There are two predictable problems with respect to NJ citizens being able to protect their constitutionally enumerated rights from abridgment by the state.
First, regardless that the 14th Amendment (14A) protects even minority citizens from abridgment of their constitutionally enumerated rights by the states, the question is do the good citizens of NJ know their constitutional protections so that they can use them?
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Note that that Acts 22:25-29 shows that Apostle Paul claimed his Roman citizenship to get out of a flogging.
The second problem with respect to states abridging constitutionally enumerated protections is this. Were still stuck with a worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably not lift a finger to make penal laws to discourage renegade states like NJ from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.
The remedy for constitutionally failed federal and state governments
All patriots in the nation need to come to the rescue of citizens being oppressed by activist states that ignore constitutionally enumerated protections, NJ citizens in this example, by doing the following.
Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJTs vision for MAGA, now KAG, but will also promise to exercise its express 14A powers to make penal laws to discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected freedom of religious expression and free speech in this example.
Remember in November 2020!

If (insert name here) makes positive contributions to society— in the arts, sciences, humanities, etc.— why can’t we just discuss those contributions?
Why do we need to tell schoolchildren about their sex lives?
