A federal judge ruled Friday against a Virginia school board’s policy barring a transgender former student, Gavin Grimm, from using the men's restroom, according to The Associated Press.
Under the Gloucester County School Board’s policy, Grimm was required to use either the women’s room or a private restroom. In her decision, U.S. District Judge Arenda Wright Allen in Norfolk wrote that there was “no question” the policy discriminated against trans students.
"Under the policy, all students except for transgender students may use restrooms corresponding with their gender identity," she wrote. "Transgender students are singled out, subjected to discriminatory treatment, and excluded from spaces where similarly situated students are permitted to go."
The board will also be required to update the gender on Grimm’s high school transcripts under Allen’s ruling.
Grimm, who graduated in 2017, told the AP the ruling was “beautiful” and that he was prepared to continue fighting the case if the school board appeals.
"My case has given me something of a platform that I intend to use, as long as I have it available to me, for trans education and advocacy," he said.
The Hill has reached out to the Gloucester County School Board for comment.
Now we have to totally reconstruct society to accommodate this infinitesimal minority.

It makes sense when you understand that Obama judges sow chaos on purpose because they want to destroy America.
They are literally working to make abnormal normal and normal abnormal.

All other students accept their biology and the school should not have to cater to delusions.
So now why have Federal judges granted special rights to “transgender” humans?
I call them “the minority from nowhere.”
Unbelievable. Some Federal judge pulled this out of its a$$. What Federal law was applicable? Perverts are not a protected group. In fact they all should be jailed or committed to an asylum. Along with the judge.
How do the federal courts even get jurisdiction over this? Being a tranny is no a protected class under federal law.

What is missing here is what the students think of this. Students tend to rebel against authority.

Remember that trans-dragon is only removed from transgender by a matter of degree – some prosthesis and hormone supplements, a bit of reconstruction, a fuel supply and ignition source.

Not sure if we’re allowed to swear on FR, so I will simply say H-E-double hockey sticks NO to anyone or anything with male genitalia in ladies’ locker rooms or restrooms.
This isn’t discrimination. All students are allowed to use the public restrooms. It just has to be the one that corresponds to their biological sex.
