The New York City medical examiner's office said Sunday that it had completed an autopsy of the financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein but that it needed more information before determining the cause of death.
Does anyone think Epstein’s attorneys are in jeopardy cause they KNOW things that Epstein did? I read that both attorneys hired criminal lawyers instead of body guards.
Perhaps he was smothered with a pillow, or cloth of some sort?
Those ears do look like his but he could be faking death, replete with bruised cheeks and also, this entire photo could be a cut-and-paste Photoshop creation. Think 'Deep Fake' photo.
Perhaps... "HE'S ALLLLLIVE!", now partying on some remote island with Anthony Bourdain!
They are trying to find a cosmetic that will cover the bruises on his ankles where someone hung on until he stopped kicking.
That may not be a bruised cheek.
IF, he was laying on his left side when he died, the blood would have pooled to the lowest level and that would be his cheek. This would nullify the rumor that he hung himself.
or, the bruise appearance may be because that facial part is in a shadow. Notice light is overhead.
He has pretty good color for a dead man. Any First Responders out there?
They should have Dr G do it on tv like in her shows
Robin Williams is believed to have hung himself from a doorknob.
Elvis was sighted just last week!
I’ve been around two people who have died and they turn not an ashen color but kind of colorless yellowish. Funeral parlors use makeup and dim lighting for that reason. That picture, whoever it is... the heart is still beating and pumping blood.
Duuuh. Of course. This is just the preliminary autopsy. It takes time to get back the toxicology and other reports.
It also takes time for money transfers and getting the fix in.
The “private coroner” they hired was Michael Baden.

He was chairman of the House Select Committee on Assassinations’ Forensic Pathology Panel that investigated the assassination of John F. Kennedy. He also investigated the assassination of MLK.
