The New York City medical examiner's office said Sunday that it had completed an autopsy of the financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein but that it needed more information before determining the cause of death.
“Autopsy.”

I remember on a show like Forensic Files a doctor who killed his wife with succinylcholine. The drug is used to paralyze the skeletal muscles making intubation easier. Since it is used in that setting most cardiac arrest patients will be given the medicine in the ER. It is also rapidly metabolized in the body making post mortem detection difficult, and requires highly specialized tests to detect in the first place. It is basically an excellent murder weapon

The night of Epstein’s first “suicide attempt” Tartaglione was initially identified as a person who was a cop in WESTCHESTER County and being questioned. Clintons CHAPPAQUA home is in Westchester County. Most of the current internet articles now say he was a NYPD cop, no mention of Westchester as originally stated.
