US Attorney General William Barr said he’s “appalled” that Jeffrey Epstein was able to kill himself while in federal custody, as the FBI announced Saturday that it would be probing the convicted pedophile’s death.
“Mr. Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered,” Barr said.
“In addition to the FBI’s investigation, I have consulted with the Inspector General who is opening an investigation into the circumstances of Mr. Epstein’s death,” Barr added.

In our defense, those of us who were here before the GWB years took such a prediction for granted, a baseline expectation so universal it would be as redundant as mentioning your boat floats on water.

The whole thing reeks to high heaven - how was Epstein even out of the psych ward after an attempted suicide just a few days ago? There are obviously a lot of famous people in the US and the UK who are obviously glad Epstein is no longer around to expose them, and there’s no clear answer how Epstein managed to kill himself when he should have been under observation. He escaped justice, and Democrat politicians and the inbreds of the British royal family are celebrating.

William Barr is discovering that the Dept of Justice is a far different place than it was when he had the job the first time in the George HW Bush administration. It is no longer the upstanding and honest place as it was when he left in 1993.
Hmm, who became President in 1993 after George HW Bush that could have led to a far more corrupt and criminal FBI and DOJ?
Not saying there hasn’t been government corruption throughout US history, but the level of honesty and integrity in our government institutions began to decline quickly beginning with the Clinton presidency.
Glad Epstein is dead, but it’s a shame that it was Arkancide and now we’ll never know.
I know I am so hopeful to getting to the bottom of this now that the Federal Bureau of Keystone Cops are investigating.
