Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is dead, law enforcement sources said Saturday.
A gurney carrying a man who looked like Epstein was wheeled out of the Manhattan Correctional Center around 7:30 a.m. The ambulance went to New York Downtown Hospital.
The incident comes two weeks after Epstein, 66, was placed on suicide watch after he was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck.
The multimillionaire financier is being held without bail pending trial on child sex-trafficking charges. Thousands of documents unsealed Friday in connection with a defamation case against the perv’s alleged recruiter revealed dozens of high-profile names that a self-identified victim, Virginia Giuffre, said she was forced to perform sex acts with, from former Maine Sen. George Mitchell and ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, money manager Glenn Dubin and MIT professor Marvin Minksy.
Epstein was busted July 6 over the alleged sexual abuse of dozens of young girls in his Upper East Side townhouse and his waterfront mansion in Palm, Beach, Florida, between 2002 and 2005.
He has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted.

That’s the protocol gor ALL prisoners. There are more stringent protocols regarding those prisoners on suicide watch. I guess they were forgotten about as well.
He is/was under federal indictment. He was in the Manhattan Federal Detention facility. He was not in The Tombs.

Likelihood of acquittal: ZERO. Some quiet consolations to the defendant like where to serve time if he pleads. You wouldn’t believe the things that go on in plea negotiations of high profile cases. Everything down to who gives the press release and the time of the day of the news conference.
With potential double jeopardy issues at stake, I seriously doubt they arrest him without a solid case of something. And the Feds just don’t lose, even on trumped up cases.

All that was in play BEFORE he was even arrested. Why wait to kill him when he was in jail?
If the deep state was, as you allege, involved, they would know or at least suspect that the Feds were building another case against him. How could they manage to kill someone in custody and cover it up but not know that person was headed to custody in the first place?
Being suspicious is healthy but don’t go crazy with this stuff. Its almost certain he killed himself and if he didn’t there will be some facts turn up that tend to dispute that — just like in the Vince Foster case. You’re going to look really silly if they have a video tape of him in his cell actually killing himself and its posted. What will you do then? Deny its authenticity? So there’s no reason not to wait at least a little while for some more facts.
