Dmitriy Nickolayvich Andreychenko
Chechnian Muslim?
My wife and I were at the Burger King in Ponderay (North Idaho) for lunch today. Nice looking couple at the counter ordering food both open carrying handguns (mine was concealed). Tourist lady said to my wife “That makes me nervous”. My wife replied “That makes me feel safe”. Thunk - sound of tourist lady’s jaw hitting the floor.
A few days ago I saw a father with 4 daughters from less than hip high to almost shoulder high in tow.
Open carry. I said to him, I love Nevada, and pointed at his hip. He grinned and said "Me too."
I would have loved to get a picture of him and his daughters (from behind, no faces!) walking down the aisle in the grocery store, and caption it with:
We're serious aboutIt would make a great meme...
protecting our daughtersBehave accordingly!
His conduct may have been legal, but it was definitely stupid.
Like you, though, wondering what actual laws he violated.
He was videoing himself, so Yea utube stunt.
Wasn’t he dressed exactly like the scum from El Paso?
Adopted from russia, like Cruz?
And now he will be the social experiment.
What will be interesting is how the case proceeds. Did he actually make a terrorist threat? I can see some 1st Amendment questions in the charge if all he did was carry in a rifle and didn’t make any overt threat.
This is not to defend the sheer stupidity and bad timing. At age 20 people may not attain the wisdom to know when social graces, courtesy and decency should be paramount.
Thank you for clarification.
Yes, he dressed nearly like the mass murderer in El Paso. Maybe a very problematic oversight on his part. That kind of outfit is popular with some of the young men. Very immature...or something.
If it’s only a lack of maturity, though, the PD there should consider lightening up a little on the charge in order to give him another chance. Just my opinion. Or maybe it was more than a simple lack of maturity.
I remember a childhood friend who stole something small from a dime store. The owner made him sweep the sidewalk outside for a couple of weeks instead of calling the cops. Those days are gone. People have changed.
The “friend” was all over the news but didn’t want his face shown.
Waiting for the stupidity to cool down. Gotta go to Walmart for coffee pot to replace pot I broke. Great $20 coffee maker. Pot is $10.
I love my $20 coffee maker. Small and white, matches other stuff on my counter.
So call me a rotten person for shopping at Walmart, I really don’t care.
Au contraire. For the purpose of provoking a bankable case, the timing was perfect.
What photos were you referring to? I didn't see any.......
There is an open carry group in Detroit that walked around a few years ago and got people all wound up. I think the police came but they were legal so no charge.
I buy all my vitamins at a local Walmart located between my place of work and home. It has self-checkout machines. I save at least half over the cost of the stuff I use compared to the chain drugstores and I can park, go in, get my pill, pay and be in my car driving out of the lot in half the time it takes at the local Walgreens or Rite Aide.
If they establish this part: “with the purpose of.” ...and “(3)”. Bit of a tenuous case, IMO. It wouldn’t hurt, though, if the charge itself puts some fear into him. It might help him to enhance his future and grow up more quickly.
The photo posted here. It’s also on the Fox News page. He’s wearing the heads of the spoonbill (paddlefish) on his arms (through the gills). “Spoonbill” was a term used by Missourians who snagged them (including some of my relatives in the past).

They were a bunch of idiots led by a blogger/youtuber and Freeper who accomplished nothing but to make respectable firearm owners look like idiots.
Michigan has for almost forever been an open carry state but was never realized until we became a "shall issue" state around 2001 or 2002........
