Uh, this is a district judge. Not even at the 9th Circus YET.

Trump and McConnell have been working to seat as many Circuit Court/Appeals court judges first, and then work on district judges.

I’m hoping with all the newly seated Trump judges in the 9th and other circuits, crap like this will commonly get beat down.

I don't know what the percentage is, but the good news is that a high number of 9th Circus decisions are eventually overturned.

I thought Trump had appointed enough judges to the 9th Circus to start having an impact their Lefty rulings. I guess not yet.

This guy ruled as a solo and not as part of a panel.
