There are stupid people in this world who will read the title and won’t quite get that fatally injured means kill. Fox News is just as bad maybe a smidge unless then the other fake mainstream media Outlets. Don’t kid yourself this title was purposeful. They could have said slaughtered killed or anything else but no they chose fatally injured.

Excellent comment. In the age of Google searching, the journalists have learned to carefully switch up the vocabulary so that some things are easy to find (”mass shooting”) and some things are hard to find {”killed by stabbing”). They absolutely do this with illegal aliens which are described in infinite ways so search results differ widely depending on how you search for those undocumented foreigners.

ON the other hand, I still remember the idiot newscasters article where a traffic accident was described as "Two people were killed, none of them seriously."

Or you have the infamous Sum Ting Wong, We Tu Lo, etc., pilots in the airplane crash.
