The man who police say committed the deadly shooting spree in El Paso, Texas, is believed to have published an anti-immigrant manifesto minutes before the attack.
Law enforcement officials said they were confident that an anti-immigrant screed posted online belongs to Patrick Wood Crusius, 21, who they said is responsible for Saturday’s mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso—leaving at least 20 dead and 26 wounded or injured.
The nearly 2,400-word manifesto outlines reasons for launching the attack, breaking down the “political” and “economic” motivations.
The entire diatribe argues that U.S. leaders—both Republicans and Democrats—are guilty of allowing unfettered immigration into the country and that violent action is needed to preserve the white population.

Perhaps he used Hispanics because he does not realize that many from Latin America have little or no Spanish blood. Brazil has a large population with many Portuguese inputs but few Spanish. There are probably more illegals coming from Central American countries than Mexico these days. They are often mostly Indian, with little European. At any rate Latino is more generic than Hispanic. Time will tell us more about authorship.

Eight of those killed were Mexican, also 9 or 10 wounded. He apperently stopped into Walmart to get a bite to eat. Then decided it was crowded enough to meet his criteria, went back to his car and came back in armed and shooting.
There were a lot of back to school shoppers there. I think they have sales tax amnesty. There would have been lots of children of obvious Latino heritage.

Latino would have been more accurate in that situation. But I can assure you they are all generally called Mexicans by us Texans right now. And yeah, the illegal immigrant problem has shifted. From Central America and Africa now.
That really shows very little planning and fore thought. Just load up with gear and drive west for a day ? Get hungry and check out a Walmart. There has to be dozens more like him. Maybe hundreds. This is what a crooked, vile and evil government has wroght.

My husband had quit smoking before we were married, but had begun drinking again after we married. However, when we decided to try for a child, we spent 6 months eating very healthy and doing no smoking or drinking before we stared trying to conceive. Our son is a real hunk, 82nd airborne and then Special Forces. No cavities throughout childhood. Only work needed when he cracked a tooth when jumping. We can definitely influence the quality of our children prenatally. A lot of money would be saved on later health care.
