The Gilroy Garlic Festival gunman killed himself, the county medical examiner concluded Friday, contradicting an earlier police account that three officers had shot him dead within a minute.

Well how about that!!
So did the cops tag him at all? Did they discharge their weapons? Where did their rounds go if not into the perp?
I am sure the police shooting at him at least slowed him down and when he saw that there is no way out, he committed suicide.
If there had been no police confronting him, he most likely would have continued the massacre.
The police did well, that they engaged him immediately.
Shot himself 3 times in the back of his head with his SKS?
It’s what these cowards do.
They frequently kill themselves as soon as any opposition presents itself. (Why gun free zones are a stupid idea.)
So while the police didn’t directly kill him they did indirectly stop him by just being there to shoot back.
“At a news conference Thursday, Scot Smithee, the Gilroy police chief, declined to say how many times Legan had been shot.”
Maybe. Maybe not.
Stupid and illogical. They actually provoke mass shootings (but what would the liberal anti-gun brayers have to bray about? If it bleeds, it leads.
That clears it up. :-)
I would prefer for these suicidal psychotics to START with themselves, rather than inflicting their fatal rubbish on innocents, before racing off to their rendezvous with eternal damnation.
Perhaps they discharged their weapons and_accidentally_hit an innocent dog?
No, I’d be “Thanks for the help. Next time, stand still, and shoot your own damn ass first instead of everybody else so I don’t have to waste my own ammunition on your sorry ass.”
The gun grabbers will say “See? No other guns were needed! Statistis show that shooters will kill themselves after a few shots!” Never mind that the incoming rounds might have affected their decision-making.
Of course, there won’t be a next time for this dude....
Well said Larry ...... was there any more info on this POS’s agenda / motive ?? Was he a Vampire who just hated Garlic or ....????
I’m sure the initial reports of two shooters was just the FBI agent handling this false flag attack. The FBI agent who told the draw Muhammad contest shooters to “Tear up Texas” the day before the Garland, TX shooting, and was taking photos of the shooters as they were carrying out the terrorist attack, was only caught at the scene because the two shooters we’re almost immediately killed after wounding a security guard in the leg. The two terrorist were heavily armed and wearing body armor, so the FBI agent, wearing Muslim clothing, thought he had more time to get away as these guys starting killing people. Otherwise we would have probably heard initial reports of a suspicious Muslim man in the car right behind the two shooters, and that would be the last we heard about it. You can’t know about stories like that and believe it’s the only case. That shooting was an actual false flag attack that could have been much worse if had succeeded. If it had we would never have known about the FBI involvement. It’s time for an independent investigator to look into the FBI. The offices need to be raided and documents seized through force. They are likely responsible for things so bad that they will never give it up without it literally being taken with force. I think many of the school shootings under Obama were false flag attacks to push gun control and we deserve to know the truth.
So ... how many ‘zings’ did the coroner find going into the body and what was the number he put down on the autopsy report?
Timeline problem versus who / when presstitutes version. Cops put three rounds into the perp who was still able to suck start his own weapon. My opinion only.
TL;DR ... needs paragraph breaks ...
No, he shot himself in the mouth and into his brain. It’s a very easy thing to identify during an autopsy and VERY easy to demonstrate an error about as it’s about the only way to get a mouth full of powder burns.
