In an interview which aired Friday on Fox Business Network’s “WSJ at Large,” former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel questioned the strategy behind the shots taken at former President Barack Obama during the second round of Democratic presidential debates.
Host Gerry Baker said he found it “a little odd” to see candidates take shots at Obama as candidates targeted former Vice President Joe Biden who he said is “the most popular Democrat in the country.”

To my fellow Democrats. Be wary of attacking the Obama record. Build on it. Expand it. But there is little to be gained - for you or the party - by attacking a very successful and still popular Democratic President.

Dems are throwing hail marys already.
That reads to me like a threat.
Hmm ... He may be about to be Carterized. I recall the Dems sort of letting Jimmy drift down the memory hole until they rediscoverd him as an old guy building houses for the poor.
It is the “crab syndrome”.
One crab, alone in a bucket, can easily stretch claws and pull itself out of an uncovered bucket.
But two or more crabs, as they see one managing to catch a hold on the top edge of the bucket, will all seize the most adventurous of their group, and drag it back down into the bottom of the bucket.
It is like this with the Democrats. If one seems to be breaking away from the others by getting an advantage to pull himself or herself out, the others will reach out and drag him or her back down in the “comfort zone”.
Joe Biden seemed to have the advantage, citing his association with Obama, so all the others ganged up and “pulled him back”, which was an indirect but very real repudiation of the policies of Barack Obama.
Barack Obama has been left behind by his party - they have dropped him in the dust in their headlong dash to the even further left.
They are exposing the Obama fraud. Simple.
Frankly, I think OBunghole did as much damage to the democrat party as he did to the Country.
Of course, I care MUCH more about the Country than his party; there are Americans, and then there are democrats...
Obama picked a white guy to run on the ticket.
The Democrats don’t plan to make that mistake again...
