DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is preparing a very damning report on James Comey’s conduct in the days leading up to his firing that will likely conclude he leaked classified information (memos) and lacked candor (lied).
According to a report out by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon, Horowitz’s team referred James Comey for possible prosecution for leaking contents of his classified memos, but DOJ prosecutors under Bill Barr have decided to decline prosecution.
John Solomon does say however that Comey still isn’t out of the weeds yet and faces legal jeopardy in the ongoing investigation into FISA abuse and the origins of Spygate by US Attorney John Durham.
Comey’s ‘Trump memos’ were supposedly classified after he gave them to his friend to leak to the New York Times — this technical violation is what the DOJ used as an excuse not to prosecute Comey.
How convenient. The FBI changed the classification on Comey’s memos after they were leaked…coincidence? We think not.

and that investigation is the one that we have been waiting for.
I would sacrifice delicate parts of my body to witness James Comey being roasted in Hell.
Hannity’s show - people seem to think Barr is holding off prosecution o this one right now, waiting for the bigger FISA abuse case.
So much for justice.
Comey will skate but according to some KooKs that’s okay because he has been replaced by a patriot.

First, John Solomon can’t possibly “know” what Barr will ultimately decide concerning indictment on this particular issue.
Second, The FISA abuse (committing a fraud on the court to ultimately illegally spy on an American citizen) is a far more egregious crime and carry far greater consequence.

I guess the plan is to look at Comey’s many transactions piecemeal so each can be wished away. The very idea of proclaiming nol pros before examining the totality of Comey’s many crimes in a plot to thwart an election is sickening. Comey obstructed justice in the Clinton “matter” and obstructed justice every time he lied. These bastards sent people like Papadopoulos to jail for lying to the FBI about the date the spoke with the government’s own agent provocateur — nothing was obstructed since, the FBI knew they sent Mifsud in the first place.
Solomon corrected Hannity and said that the decision on these two items is final.
I agree. Hopefully Solomon's source is wrong.
Just saw on Hannity that Barr doesn’t want to undercharge Comey on the leaks. Wants to nail him on FISA abuse.
