Hannity’s show - people seem to think Barr is holding off prosecution o this one right now, waiting for the bigger FISA abuse case.

Solomon corrected Hannity and said that the decision on these two items is final.

Barr is moving the goal posts. Now will have to wait for the IG report on FISA abuses. I’ve never heard a date for that report. I could be wrong but I believe the IG report we are waiting on doesn’t cover that stuff.

That is only on prosecution for the crime of leaking to the press. Fraud on the FISA court would be a new charge to be prosecuted.
