Hell, that is not news. I did not expect comey prosecuted either. Nor do I expect Bill or Hillary Clinton prosecuted.
I'm to the point where I will be very surprised (originally "pleasantly surprised") if anyone involved in the attempted coup d'etat is indicted, much less prosecuted and much, much, much less is sentenced for their sedition.
I feel bad about coming to this conclusion (and I would celebrate being wrong) but unlike those on the Democrat/Left, reality cannot be denied.

Leaking is a relatively minor offense that is commonly done by essentially everyone in Washington D.C.
Lying to a FISA Court judge is quite another matter. I fully expect that they will get Comey for that. If they fail to do so there will be ZERO RussiaGate prosecutions.
This one is a slam dunk and precedent setting. In the future do we really believe it will be OK to lie to the Fisa Court? I don’t think so.
But the leak is just no big thing. IMHO.
Did anybody REALLY expect anything different? Perhaps it is time that we the people stop obeying the law. After all, the rule of law (like common sense and will of the people) is dead.
The Founding Fathers would have decided long ago to break with their oppressors, while we today sit idle. And so, 253 years later and we are right back where started - people RULED by a far off, uncaring government that holds itself above the law.
The saddest part is now it gives free rein for the new Praetorian Guard to name the next Emperor. And the one after that. And the one after that.

I always thought all along that the DOJ would not file charges. I believe that a Military Tribunal will be how they charged. It’s the only way to see justice served, the DOJ courts can not be trusted.
Of course he will. C’mon ... nobody really expects this swamp rats to actually fact real justice, do they?

Now some are saying Solomon hinted that Comey won’t get charged for leaking because that charge is small compared to what he may face?
I am listening to Hannity now..he has bill o’reilly on..but there is no rewind to go back to Solomon
