About half of registered voters believe President Trump is racist, according to a new national poll released Tuesday, which showed voters are sharply divided along partisan lines on the question.
The survey was conducted by Quinnipiac University from July 25 to 28, several days after Mr. Trump said that a group of four congresswomen of color should “go back” to the countries they came from, even though all four are American citizens and three were born in the United States. The survey period also included the day that the president launched a new attack on Representative Elijah E. Cummings, a leading black congressman, calling him “a brutal bully” whose Baltimore-area district he characterized as a “disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess.”
The poll results come as Democrats seeking the party’s nomination for president prepare for a second round of debates, beginning Tuesday night in Detroit. Nearly all of the 2020 candidates have roundly condemned Mr. Trump’s remarks as racist and divisive.
The Quinnipiac poll found that 51 percent of voters think Mr. Trump is racist while 45 percent do not. When separated by party, 86 percent of Democratic voters classified Mr. Trump as racist while 91 percent of Republicans said he was not.

Not just the NY Slimes. It’s a Quinnipiac poll. They have consistently been an EXTREME outlier and vastly more pro-democrat than any other poll. Their 2018 polling was as bad as their current polling.
Never forget, their final Florida polls had Gillum and Nelson both leading by SEVEN POINTS.
That is so far outside the margin of error, that none of their polls should ever be trusted again. In the polling world, that’s not just a miss, it’s as bad as it gets.
All they do is put out push polls designed to get a headline like this in the media. Their stuff really should be chucked in the trash. A lot of the polling discussion sites like RRH Elections disregard Q polls as a matter of course because of their horrible track record.
Really, that’s all that needs to be said. They are the new PPP.

It’s not about the poll source or the numbers, but the BIG LIE. Russian collusion by Trump was finally overcome with facts but this claim is more subtle and goes to Trump’s persona. How is the charge to be rebutted overcome with the media and the Democratic party going full bore equating the two as one and the same?
The only ones identifying people by their race or skin color are Democrats and the media. But being liars they call those who do not “racists”.
Half the Country believe what they are told with no evidence.
