A few of these cases seem to be homosexual boys being pushed to identify as girls, while others appear to be mothers who wanted daughters pushing sons to BE daughters. The Texas custody case where the mother says his name is Luna and he wears dresses but the kid exemplifies boy behavior with Dad is a good case of the latter.
This situation looks like one kid is mentally ill, and the other joined in to get the same attention. And no one - not even doctors - are allowed to challenge the self-diagnosis though 75-95% self rectify if left alone and more would do so if counseled away from it.

Notice how when the XY gender who put on dresses claiming they’re women never behave like real women. It’s all an act. They’re exaggerated behavior is all for the attention.
