When I think of the way the left loves control, punishment for unorthodoxy, and pushing their warped values on others, I think the Spanish Inquisition is the better comparison for them than the Puritans. The Puritans at least tried to live righteously; the Inquisitors just liked to attack others until they submitted.

In my fake other persona, I always attack left wingers from the left. It doesn’t matter how leftist they are.
I probably get mail correspondence from 20 orgs and politicians from the left. Plus 50 in email.
Will occasionally send them $1 just to keep them spreading my contact info. But most envelopes are returned, filled with junk mail scraps. I always tell them to fight harder for far leftist causes. They are never doing enough. They need to be more leftist. Even AOC needs to be more to the left!
They need to block traffic whenever possible. Let rats loose in stores. Take over university president offices. Chain themselves together to block sporting events. More activism!!!!
