The mayor is saying he does not want “EX-President” Trump to return to live in the SEWER that he, “Mr. Mayor” has created in New York.
Who would want a former President to reside in a place where there was daily threats to health, person and family.

Okay, then Major de Blasio should be treated as any other diplomat: he has immunity until he steps outside of his state. All the airports are under control of the local authorities but. according to U.S. Code Title 49, the airspace is not. He can’t take a ship out of the state as the waterways are controlled by the US Army Corps of Engineers as codified under 33 CFR 329, which are those waters that are subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, and those inland waters that are presently used, or have been used in the past, or may be susceptible for use to transport interstate or foreign commerce.
