CHICAGO (AP) — A sweeping expansion of deportation powers unveiled this week by the Trump administration has sent chills through immigrant communities and prompted some lawyers to advise migrants to gather up as much documentation as possible — pay stubs, apartment leases or even gym key tags — to prove they’ve been in the U.S.
But the uncertainty about how the policy might play out has created confusion and made it harder to give clear guidance to immigrants. Attorneys and immigrant rights groups gave conflicting advice about whether to carry these documents.

I don’t recall any rule that if you rob a bank and hold onto the money for two years, you get to keep the money. Why should criminals who enter our country illegally get any consideration at all just because their crime has gone on for longer? Deport them all. No exceptions.

You know that's possible now, given that Trump is in the midst of a clandestine war against the Deep State, right? Any Eisenhower-like deportation will get slapped down by a leftist judge.

I hope someone is deliberately advising President Trump to keep the orders vague until the last minute. Anything that confuses and frustrates the scum that have made America into an open borders country is great! I’m so sick of reading story after story of illegals “suffering” while the suffering of American citizens isn’t even mentioned.

When Census question was not allowed by Roberts the plan B was immediately gather all fed databases to give an accurate audit of citizen/legal/illegal.
That can be combined with ITIN and social security info (legal and fraudulent) to help locate illegal for ICE disposal.
Is the will there? Better be with the advanced voter fraud in all urban rat controlled areas now. Deport and check/purge voter rolls.
