It’s pretty simple really.
“Does not fall within my jurisdiction” is a weasel excuse guys like Mueller use to wiggle off the hook. He had probably been saying that his whole life.
When his thoughts clouded that was his default mode.

It was link a Mafia mobster being rolled into court in a wheelchair with oxygen tanks.
Mueller acted senile which gets him off the hook for the Weissman dossier and any subsequent DOJ/OAG indictments.
Mueller is a dirty cop but a pretty good actor.
He's off the hook.

Does anyone remember a “not not” question?
Something like, You can’t say that Trump was “not not guilty of obstruction.”
Even I was confused by that one!

ALL we are talking about is his DODDERING......we should be also talking about how EVASIVE he was in NOT ANSWERING MOST QUESTIONS!!! I think it is DEM--MENTIA. I think he was PRACTICED to be that DODDERING!
He answered the DEms way better!

Mueller’s entire professional Washington D.C. career is littered with his bungling, his prosecutorial negligence, his prosecutorial over reach (bording on official misconducted) and other “high crimes and misdemeanors) in my view, for which he should never have been promoted around in the D.C. swamp much less given ANY “indpendent” prosecutor’s role.
He to me is an example of the Peter Principle on steroids.

The fact he has never heard of FusionGPS (who has answered questions before Congress) indicates he either had Weisman run the entire thing, he is lying or he has lost his mind.
My bet is Weisman ran the entire investigation.

Holy Smokes. I didn't see this either. I'm not a doctor. I've worked in three nursing homes and cared for my late mother in the depths of her Alzheimer's. You have to be a world class actor and really concentrate to fake dementia for a period of time. A rational, sane person will reflexively react to situations of danger, issues of personal safety, happy positive or negative emotional situations. Someone who has dementia, someone who's brain receptors in certain areas have been degraded or wiped out won't. I've seen dementia patients walk into walls, try and put there hand into a toaster that was plugged in and toasting bread without any sense of what they were doing. Mueller isn't faking here. If he is he deserves an Oscar. He really looks and acts like he's out of it. He wasn't the power behind this attempted coup. Someone else was pulling the strings.

Not being able to remember who hired him to be the U.S. Attorney was absolutely devastating and embarrassing for a man to be in his dotage and not being mentally agile enough to recall important elements of his own life.

STANTON: Which president appointed you to become the United States attorney for Massachusetts?
MUELLER: Which senator?
STANTON Which president.
MUELLER: Oh, which president. I think that was President Bush.
STANTON: According to my notes, it was President Ronald Reagan who had the honor to do so.
MUELLER: My mistake.

If liberals-socialists had any smarts, of course most of them don’t, they would have avoided making a spectacle out of these congressional hearings, which were a flop putting it mildly. They could have continued milking that farce of supposedly Russian interference all the way to the next elections. As it turned out they put on a public display of heir ignorance and stupidity. And poor Mueller did not fare a whole lot better, probably did not even know what this contrived report even contained. My goodness, and these people want a shot a running this country, I would say it is nothing short of scary. President Trump did the right thing, by staying out of it, knowing quite well that eventually, given enough rope they will try to hang themselves.

Watch, the Democrats are gonna demand a complete do-over, from scratch.
They’ll insist on a newly appointed Special Counsel to replace Mueller.
Nadler & Schiffty wont be happy until they get an appointee who’ll take their dictation.
To: Kaslin
He got beat like a rented Mueller.
