California had the highest out-migration flows among any other place in the country as more people look to neighboring states like Nevada and Arizona to avoid the high taxes and find a cheaper cost of living.

Most everyone we know has already bailed out of the failing state of CA.
They’ll vote for the same morons where they went and turn the entire West into a Socialist cesspool.
And they bring their politics here. Even if the adult is conservative their kids are liberal loons.....and they vote.
They’re turning NV blue.
Once the middle class is out, I guarantee you all the homeless tents and camps will be razed and the elites will have CA to themselves.
And yet they will still vote Democrat - the Democrats I mean, to be obvious.

Wrong in California.
During a taxi ride across the Golden Gate Bridge (1972) I remarked about the nice homes with a view of the bridge - the cabbie said those go for around $35K, which sounded high to me at the time.
I fled California for the same reasons in..........1987. Some things never change I guess.
I was there for 15 years.
Last year I got a job offer with a 40% pay raise.
I said no thank you.
Fine, but most likely they’ll vote for the same legislative and human crap that got CA in trouble.

We’re in MS. Left CA a few Months ago.
Not our final destination, but my Wife has Family here. They left CA fifteen Years ago.
Constitutional Carry, Voter ID, Polite People and a State Government that leaves you the hell alone.
Sad thing is, those leaving California will often bring their California ideas to the new state and start making demands to turn the new state they are in,into “California Lite”.
They have already Californicated Colorado, and are moving on New Mexico.
A good reason why people shouldn’t have to leave a state because of it’s failings. What’s the point of people moving to a different state & then it turns out to be developing into the same problems as the place they left? Not only that but it puts the long-term residents of that state into a bad position not of their making. Maybe some day long into the future, California will work out to be a good place to live as it once was........a long, long time ago.

Reno home prices mirror Sacramento home prices now.
I think home prices will drop once you deport the illeglas, and get rid of the H-1B visa holders.
The only problem is they bring they Brain with them

AZ is on it’s way to Blue-doom as well.
That’s why AZ and NV didn’t make our Retirement list.
The only Western State left is Idaho.
