Wednesday blocked the Trump administration from imposing restrictions on individuals seeking asylum in the United States, just hours after a judge in Washington had decided to let the rule stand while lawsuits play out in court.
The rule, published in the Federal Register last week, required people seeking asylum to apply first in one of the countries they cross on their way to the U.S. -- with certain exceptions. It targeted tens of thousands of Central Americans who have crossed Mexico each month trying to enter the U.S.
The rule was met quickly with a legal challenge from advocacy groups, who moved for a temporary restraining order blocking the rule. After a hearing in Washington, D.C. federal court, District Judge Timothy J. Kelly denied the motion. But hours later, U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar in San Francisco, an Obama appointee, blocked the enforcement of the rule. His ruling took effect immediately.

Trump can either start ignoring these Federal judges who have neither standing nor authority in these matters, or he can just turn the oval office over to whatever Federal Judge wants to occupy it on any given day.
Don’t tell me that it all has to go the Supreme Court either, that just reinforces the cancer of judicial supremacy that is eating our Republic alive.

That’s what I was wondering. Why can’t Trump get a judge to overrule this judge who overruled the other judge?
Also why hasn’t Trump been getting alternate judges to overrule judges in previous rulings that have halted him?

Why should he do all that? Why doesn’t he instead just tell the entire Federal Judiciary to do something that is anatomically impossible?
Is it your assertion that the Judicial Branch is superior to the Executive Branch as opposed to being co-equal, and therefore the only solution to a rogue judge making an inappropriate ruling is to find another judge to make a better ruling?
