You do realize that the Irish aren't "ruled" from Brussels - as was clear during the negotiations when the other EU countries subordinated their needs to stand behind Ireland.

The Irish want a deal but they want it with no border with NI -- and that is what the DUP - the Tory's coalition support - do not want
