Rep tears into Mueller on obstruction report: Trump 'damn sure should not be below the law
Fox News ^ | July 24 2019 | Brooke Singman

Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe blasted former Special Counsel Robert Mueller Wednesday for his report findings on alleged obstruction of justice by President Trump, claiming the section violated Justice Department policy and the “bedrock principle of our justice system.”

Ratcliffe, R-Texas, asked Mueller during congressional testimony to identify which Justice Department policy “set forth a legal standard that an investigated person is not exonerated if their innocence from criminal conduct is not conclusively determined.” The lawmaker was raising concern about Mueller's report saying that while the probe did not establish Trump committed a crime, it also did not exonerate him.

“Can you give an example other than Donald Trump where the Justice Department determined an investigated person was not exonerated because their innocence was not conclusively determined?” Ratcliffe continued.

Mueller looks like a deer caught in the headlights. Someone holding his family hostage?? A man who has testified more than 50 times before Congress shouldn’t be that scared. What is the reason?

Reading the transcript from CSPAN— Ratcliffe did an excellent job pointing out that Mueller did NOT properly perform his job, and EXCEEDED the DOJ rules and USC Statute on a Prosecutor’s role to report Prosecution decisions (yes decisions) and any Prosecution Declinations (not to prosecute)... report these in a Confidential report to the Atty General.

Instead- pointing out they “couldn’t exonerate the President”-— exoneration is NEVER a prosecutors job— so a parsed statement they “couldn’t” implies they should have— but NEVER WERE to do! Clever media masturbation material to extend the meme. Mueller is being shown as a HACK, even as he is “staying in the 4 corners of his report”. If he doesn’t he will be SERIOUS TOAST. Barr finding out his friend is dirty, and has been for some time—but Barr coming from Spookville, present at the Clinton-Bush admin/Mena Airport meeting (as GHWBush was trying to get re-elected) should not be surprised at this. One can hope Barr is sincere in cleaning the stables— but this is the Swamp, and swamps preserve the scum that is needed.

Ratcliffe was superb, and of course dead right (this being the Weissman Part 2 “report” to Congress to set up another year of “impeachment” news reports and fake memes— all by design by this criminal Enron abusive Weissman- who should be doing time, lots of it).

Thank heavens we no longer have Darrell Issa. As a rep, he was OK, but as a questioner he was simply horrible. He would be asking questions about sock colors and whether Mueller used a fountain pen or a ball point.

The Zeberly “atty” is the atty who defended Hitlery’s IT guy who set up her criminal illegal server.

So Zeberly is the “signaller” for the hitleryites on the committee— the translator, if you will for the proper delivery of the MEDIA MEME desired to be a “bombshell” from the hearing. A bombshell for the morons in the media and the morons who believe them.

Mueller is not only a willing, owned hitlery patsy (see Uranium One and his payoff) and tool of Weissman— he is proving himself a HACK, for the many years. How low the FBI has fallen. Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Mueller and Rosenstein-— and then hitlery. No more of this crapola. Declas and these people indicted.

And yet Mrs. Clinton isn’t even under investigation.

We know of a number of reasons she should be.

So they trot out Mueller and insult him for not finding evidence of collusion or anything else to impeach Trump for.

Never mind that to our knowledge Trump hasn’t done anything illegal.

Even the Left can’t trot out any reasoned list of reasons why Trump should be impeached.

They say he colluded and he didn’t.

They call him a racist, and he isn’t.

They say he has been terrible for homosexuals, and he hasn’t been.

They say he’s been terrible for Blacks. He has been good for them. Their unemployment numbers are the lowest on record.

They say Latinos should hate him for being a racist. They don’t. He hasn’t been a racist toward them. Their unemployment numbers are the lowest on record.

They say he’s a misogynist, but women’s unemployment figures are the lowest on record, or very close to it. He appoints women to major posts.

The Left has collectively lost it’s mind.

These hearings serve nothing more than to reinforce that observation.

You are factually incorrect. Mueller said there was NO evidence that anyone in the Trump campaign conspired with the Russians.

A trial establishes guilt or innocence IF there is enough evidence to bring to trial. In this country, you're innocent until proven guilty. That is Ratcliffe’s point. Mueller concluded there was NO collusion; didn't find a single straw of evidence. Therefore there was no obstruction and yet the dog cannot bring himself to say “innocent.” Mueller is trying to say he THOUGHT the President was guilty but couldn't charge him, so he let him off.

I’ve only seen bits of Mueller’s testimony, but it’s clear his involvement was minimal. Given his lack of familiarity with the Steele dossier (!!), an appropriate follow-up should be:

“Mr Mueller, what time did you want Matlock re-runs each day?”

And I keep hoping that some administrative staffer will spill the beans and reveal that Bobby frequently napped in his office, or only showed up for work a couple of hours each day, leaving his Chief of Staff and Andrew Weissman to run the show.

When Chris Wallace of FNC says Mueller’s testimony is a disaster for the Dims, that’s quite a commentary, since Chris was among the media minions desperately hoping that Bobby could deliver Trump’s head on a silver platter.

Ratcliffe is factually wrong. ... so the President’s guilt or evidence has not been ruled upon by an appropriate body.

I can’t believe someone that stupid is in congress, but there you go.

...or that stupid on this board.

He found lots of evidence.

Mueller NEVER concluded that there was “no collusion” that was Trump’s phrasing, not Mueller’s.

I tuned in to the Mueller show today, and I found out something: I have heard all of this before, it is all very boring as a story that is stuck on repeat like a 78 rpm record with a scratch.

In the mean time, Mueller and the Democrats have shot their wad. AG Barr is sitting on the Inspector General’s report and “Bull” Durham’s report and is now free to drop any bomb that he wants to. Mueller will not be able to get the sh*t back into the horse after the IG and Durham’s sh*t hits the fan. He will be proven to be what he is - an incompetent old fool that was badly used by the attack dogs on his committee, the Democrats, and mostly by the greedy press.

From his performance today I think its clearly evident that Mueller never knew what he was doing or saying; his Hillary supporting Dem attorneys (including some who had been employed by her) carried the ball on everything and steered away from the truth. Mueller was a convenient figurehead and a phony Republican with “integrity”. If this morning is reality, and I fully suspect it is, Mr. Mueller would have trouble finding the bathroom.

The Democrats have committed an egregious error putting Mueller under oath and in front of a Television audience...to be cross examined.
