Seems to me that replacing the broken down useless barriers would be the smart thing to do first. Obviously those barriers are there because they were needed more than anywhere else, and the fact that they’re broken down shows that they’re being violated. I see no difference in building new or replacing non-functional.....if anything, replacing non-functional is smarter.
What foolishness. Congress did not just cut of the money but it cut the ability TO SPEND GOVERNEMT FUNDS ON THE WALL.
Blame Democrat congress for all problems related to immigration. Note how you intend to vote in November.
