Seems to me that replacing the broken down useless barriers would be the smart thing to do first. Obviously those barriers are there because they were needed more than anywhere else, and the fact that they’re broken down shows that they’re being violated. I see no difference in building new or replacing non-functional.....if anything, replacing non-functional is smarter.

This how the “elites” play their word games and then congratulate each other on putting another one over on the profane class.

Their definition of “new” wall is wall built where there was no barrier of any kind previously. By that definition there are probably relatively few places where a “new” wall is even possible.

A few pathetic strands of barbed wire or vehicle barriers only do not constitute a “wall”. Damn these lying bastards.
