No, it does not.
‘Allah’ is not simply the Arabic word for ‘god,’ but the name of Islam’s deity, who is NOT the God of Israel or the God of Christianity.
‘Akbar’ does not mean ‘great’, but ‘greater’. This is meant as a direct insult to the God of Israel, the same God that Christian's worship. The one and only God.
It is both an insult, and a war cry.
What it means is this: "Our Allah is Greater Than Your Jewish and Christian God!"
