I obviously don't approve of any of this at all, but I would urge caution here.
It wouldn't surprise me to know any organization might have this problem in it's midst. I seriously doubt 100s of the Pentagon's Officials were a party to it. "Some" may have been.
I'll wait for more information before I get the idea I have any clue what is actually the accurate case regarding this.
This sort of report has a way of demoralizing folks, as it should if it were 100% accurate. It isn't. That headline is sensationalist.
