Chakrabarti let the cat out of the bag in a recent extensive profile in The Post magazine. According to the report, Chakrabarti told an aide for Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D), a presidential candidate, that his boss’s Green New Deal “wasn’t originally a climate thing at all.” “Do you guys think of it as a climate thing?” Chakrabarti says, “Because we really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.” You can’t get much more revolutionary than that...
It’s no coincidence that the Green New Deal speaks as much about ensuring quality jobs and helping “frontline and vulnerable communities” as it does about reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It also calls for an “economic mobilization on a scale not seen since World War II,” uprooting the U.S. economy with the government calling the shots...
If the entire U.S. economy must be uprooted — if the United States is inherently a “racist system” — then those who propose evolutionary change are as culpable as those who oppose any change at all. They must be opposed as strenuously...

The democrats are now openly supporting full-blown socialism, open borders, free healthcare, free education, and the entire green new deal that is admittedly (by AOC's chief of staff - a radical socialist/fascist revolutionary) designed to bring down our free-market economy and usher in full government control over all of us.

Jim, I think that they are past the point of no return. As you say, they have “embrace(d) and coalesce(d)” around the worst, most divisive policies and platforms possible to imagine and I believe are alienating their base.
I don’t think that there is anyone else besides Trump with the fortitude to stand up to these demons.
Donald Trump is the man who removed the mask of the Democrat Party.
I believe this is a truly historical feat. No one else has done this ever to this party of snakes.
When 47% of American households pay no federal income tax at all (and many get money back who never paid anything) it is a constant battle to keep our nation out of the hands of Demons. My estimate is that the Demons get at least 2/3s of that vote.
When 40-45% of eligible voters don’t give a shi’ite enough to even vote the battle becomes even more difficult.
When Satan’s voice is blasted 24-7 and righteousness condemned the job of places like FR becomes even more critical. Thank you for your efforts.
I’ve been saying for 20 years now that as messed up as the Republican party is, the Dem party is far worse off. Now its imploding on itself. Which is a shame. Two healthy parties would be so much better for our nation so long as both were loyal to the constitution. Other differences could be worked out.
Todays Dem party is ‘not healthy’. Todays republican party is marginal at best.

We will be learning more about AOC’s chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti. Turns out he wears a t-shirt with a picture of (not Che) but a guy from India during WWII whose heroes were Adolf Hitler, Mussolini, Imperial Japan and later, after they lost the war, Uncle Joe Stalin. Chakrabarti is a real winner and is the brain trust behind AOC and the green new deal.
Brilliant Strategy. But what is more brilliant is yet to unfold. As predicted the Dems embraced the radicals as did the media. They have become, as planned, the face of the party. As they continue speaking it will be reveals to millions who have yet to pay attention, that they are real life socialists and anti-American. So, the slow on the uptake Dems are slowly realizing that they were outfoxed - they have two choices: 1) Do as this author suggests and throw the radicals overboard. As such, it won't be pretty, the whackjob squad won't go down without a MAJOR public nasty fight making the Dems look terrible and not attracting voters. 2) Continue to let the radicals be the face of the party and scare off voters and take down the party. This is called a classic Hobson's choice, a brilliant tactical political strategy.
Honestly, I think it’s already too late.

Heh, Bezos is a great example of “idiot savant”. He is unmatched in business, but his latest remark about going into space because of climate change is almost as dumb (just almost) as anything said by Pelosi or Dorkbama about anything.
The confrontation remark is just a temporary moment of actual sanity for Mr Bald boink your mistress.
It’s their “50 state” plan. They are gonna make Trump the first to win 50 states.
