Doubtful...
Didn’t work when the Dems tried it in WI, isn’t likely to work in OR... in fact, it will probably make the Governors position stronger.
Electorate doesn’t take too kindly to politicians trying to undo elections....
Just on its face, odds of this thing succeeding are incredibly low.
