Frankly, I understand the urgency but is it so bad that Fox News treats it like it is the end of the world in NYC? I am watching this on TV and they are acting like this is a major world event that people are dying. Personally, I for one don’t think anyone is dying there now.
Well, I agree that they do over-dramatize, but for some trapped in elevators, it may not be.
I hope people in NYC and in LA and MS are safe tonight.
Fox called it a "massive blackout". Never mind that it covers maybe 5% of Manhattan and it lasted for about 4 hours.
They are hyping this relatively smallish blackout, horribly.
One must consider the elderly who depend on electrical equipment or AC.
