Fox News host Shepard Smith coldly fact-checked President Donald Trump’s claim, again, that he was cleared of collusion and obstruction of justice in Robert Mueller’s report on his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign.
“It is not true,” Smith said flatly after playing a short video clip of Trump on Friday claiming that the former special counsel’s report “said no collusion — and it said effectively no obstruction.”
As for collusion, “as analyzed by a group at the NYU law school ... and detailed in the Mueller report itself, the redacted Mueller report documents 14 separate activities that show strong evidence of collusion,” Smith stated. Instances in the report demonstrate that Trump campaign associates “encouraged or gave support to the Russia-WikiLeaks election interference activities.”

Failure of a prosecutor to bring charges IS an exonoration. End of story.
Didn’t Mueller, the man himself, say that there was no Collusion? Wasn’t that the one thing he said at his press conference that was 100% consistent with Barr’s summary?
So there Shemp the Chimp, was Mueller, the man who wrote the report, lying?
Mueller declined to recommend prosecution. There is nothing to fact check on that.
The connotations there are enough to make me want to puke.
So the non existent crime of collusion is getting help, or dirt on your opponent from Russia.
That’s exactly what Hillary did, buying false “collusion” stories straight from Russia.
But noticing that somehow wasn’t Mueller’s job.
What we DO know is a fact, Sheppy, is what you and your ‘buddy’ do when the lights are off.
Mueller said there was insufficient evidence. How can there be all these supposedly significant instances cited by Shep, yet insufficient evidence was Mueller’s conclusion? Hm I’m going to wildly guess these incidents were not significant.
This is why they don’t want Mueller to testify. They want to keep pretending Trump Russia collusion was real.
The 14 instances of possible collusion that Shemp/Fox keeps citing are all gossip written for the media. There was no collusion.
