Robert Mueller’s testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees has been postponed, according to Politico. He will now appear before Congress on July 24 instead of July 17. It is currently unclear why the testimony is postponed.
**Update: Fox News is reporting that there was a “breakdown in negotiations:”
Mueller was slated to testify in public before the Judiciary Committee for two hours or more, followed by another two hours-plus of testimony before the House Intelligence Committee in an open setting.

This may mean the Horowitz IG report will be circulated for comment to interested parties soon, and Mueller, Weissmann and the Democrats want to see that draft before putting on this dog and pony show. They may even postpone until its public release.

Negotiations likely broke down because they wanted only Dems to be able to question Mueller and wanted closed doors. lol

That said, Mueller is negotiating for a one-ask-per-member, is, the GOP member asks a question about strovkout , Mueller gets to obfuscate —- like strvokout — for 3 minutes and GOP gets no follow-up.
It will require precise coordination by GOP members to (a) ask multiple questions at once, and (b) set the perjury trap by allowing Mueller to answer broadly at first then narrow him down to false statements on cross to prior statements.
Odds are better than 50-50 that Mueller will perjure himself on the strozkout removal, simply bc he’s an old shoe who doesn’t “do” Human Resources.
This is his blind spot - Mueller doesn’t do secretarial shit, can barely run a computer, pen and notepad doofus. You want him on perjury, nail him on personnel details he’s ignored.
