House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday publicly warned illegal immigrants not to open the door if an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent is knocking.
“An ICE deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant. If that is the only document ICE brings to a home raid, agents do not have the legal right to enter a home. If ICE agents don’t have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in,” Pelosi, reading from a card, said at her weekly press conference.
The speaker’s comments come as the Trump administration is once again preparing to launch sweeping raids across the U.S.
ICE will target roughly 2,000 illegal immigrants who have ignored court orders to leave the country. The raids, which will be conducted across 10 major U.S. cities, will begin on Sunday, and be the first of an ongoing effort by the administration to apprehend and deport illegal immigrants.

Nancy is protected by the Constitution for the words that she spews, but this is close to being a crime.

Getting search warrants given that there are standing deportation orders shouldn’t be very hard.

Pelosi would ask, if the police come to your door without a warrant authorizing entry, are you required to open the door, or do we ignore the 4th amendment?
I'm not sure what kind of warrant ICE uses on these raids. Maybe Pelosi is misinformed or is trying to use the illegals to set up misleading media videos. But if she is correct, ICE needs a proper warrant. That takes more time and effort, but if ICE does get caught doing something illegal, the public might start believing the phony AOC stories etc.

Nancy is only protected for speech emanating from the floor of the House. She is liable for her utterances from any other venue.
This is about political tactics. Come election time Trump will be reminding voters of all of the ridiculous, unlawful actions of the Dems to protect the illegal alien class against lawful deportation orders.
Every one of these Pelosi soundbites is going to come back and bite her in the ass.
Trump has a much better handle on the cares of the silent majority than the Dems do. They appear to have lost their damn minds.
It may be harder than we think. California officials, from the governor on down, claim that our borders don't exist. But if federal officials refuse to do their jobs, fire them and appoint people loyal to this country.
