There were plenty of big guys working for Disneyland - but that was about their only attribute. The one guy with the long white hair watching in the background - I thought he was one the Disney characters that wanders around.
Then he walks into view a little better - nope - “security”! I’m guessing that most of these security people are there to make sure the kids are tall enough to go on the ride, and that 8 year-olds don’t try to butt into the FastPass lines.

But with THAT MANY people going through a place a day, you MUST consider the possibility of a fight breaking out.
But I guess the cost vs. the possibility doesn’t add up.
It must be a huge place and you would need many REAL guards to cover it.
I have never been there so I don’t know distance between the two furthest points, to use an extreme.

If I was Disney security, my attitude would be “you don’t pay me enough to get into that”. If Disney security got involved and laid hands on any of them, there would be lawsuits flying, accusations of racism, and non stop protests by Black Lives Matter and Antifa.
Disney probably has policy forbidding security getting involved in brawls.
