I stated facts for which you have no reasoned response.

You lost.

You even posted she was in compliance with the forum rules.

If you don’t like how the place operates, leave.

Nah, I’m not leaving. I’d rather stay here and stick pins in your very thin skin.

You poor thing. You admit what she did conformed to forum policy, but still want to display your ignorance on the topic.

Voluntarily agreeing to a mechanism to resolve disputes between parties is an almost universal feature of contracts and is in no way surrendering sovereignty.

That's true in a bi-lateral trade deal between two countries, but when you have 3+ countries involved then any one country is no longer necessarily dealing with the others on equal footing.

...then any one country is no longer necessarily dealing with the others on equal footing.

Maybe, maybe not but the point is it's a voluntary, negotiated footing.

No coercion and in almost every conceivable case a mechanism to withdraw from the agreement if things don't go your way.

Look at NAFTA. Trump was prepared to just scrap the treaty and there wasn't anything Mexico or Canada could do other than impose tariffs.

LOL

So that’s the best you could do.

The article came from a different source under a different name.

Yep, you won. You just don’t know what you won.

I’ve tried to tell you what you were doing with your credibility, but you didn’t care to listen.
