There is no way the system was ever going to indict her.
The best we will ever get is most of the truth coming to light and perhaps some mid-level actor like strzok getting a plea-bargained reduced sentence to 1 month in jail with a year on "probation."
Do they all deserve serious prison time in the least? Of course.
Should we pursue the truth and exposure of the too many crimes to list and attempted coup? Of course.
At a minimum, for posterity.
But none of the big (D) players or their allies were ever going to serve time.
One suspects that is the case. We are constantly reassured that some big wheels will pay the piper... we will see.

These immunity deals are clearly corrupt and part of the criminal conspiracy - they should not stand.

The NSA’s supercomputers have these emails. The problem with using the NSA data is that is all recorded without warrant so it can’t be used as evidence.
However, it is clear that Clinton and those around her sent classified emails over nonsecure servers in violation of law, so this establishes probable cause to investigate further.
But probable cause may not allow NSA recordings and copies to be accessed as there was no authorization to record and copy in the first place.
Violation of espionage laws, willful destruction of evidence (bleachbit), evasion, and failure to respond to a lawful subpoena should be enough to convict and incarcerate Clinton, her assistants, and her enablers.
Our history has shown repeatedly that a president has as much power and authority that he has the balls to wield. Look at Jackson to see what could be done if DJT realized he does not need to kow tow to black robed partisans.
