Oreo cookies, a division of international foods giant Nabisco, announced yesterday a “special” LGBT edition that includes lectures about how to use transgender pronouns.

“We’re proud to celebrate inclusivity for all gender identities and expressions,” the company wrote in its Facebook post announcing the change. “In partnership with NCTE, we’re giving away special edition Pronoun Packs and encouraging everybody to share their pronouns with Pride today and every day.”

Just recently I saw a creature looking like "X" + "X"...but with a butch haircut...with some kind of a satchel stating its pronouns.

Can't recall what they were but they *weren't* him/her,etc.

One word: Hydrox

They're gone. I always liked them better than Oreo.

Today’s encounter: Was at the License Bureau where a little girl asked her daddy if they could get the rainbow plate. It had nothing to do with homos but he noticeably paled and said “Maybe next time, honey,” Surely didn’t want strange guys winking at him while driving.

Then I went to the store and bought Hydrox cookies.

“Good grief! Yet another product to boycott!”

No kidding. Now I need to learn how to bake sandwich cookies.

They're still around. Try looking behind the Oreos. From Wikipedia:
"Re-introduction by Leaf Brands

In 2014, Leaf Brands registered the Hydrox trademark, which had been abandoned by former owner Kellogg's. Leaf began production of its version of Hydrox on September 4, 2015, at the company’s facility in Vernon, California. In 2017 the recipe was changed to remove artificial flavors that had been used for 50 years and the company obtained non-GMO certification.

Leaf Brands filed a Federal Trade Commission complaint in 2018 against Mondelez, maker of Oreo cookies, for hiding Hydrox cookies from customers on store shelves."

Yikes! I wish I didn't know that.Half the doctors in Boston have told me to lose weight and knowing that Hydrox is back might create a problem.

I used to love Hydrox and preferred them to Oreos. Haven’t tried the new Hydrox.
