So a socialist wrote it, so what? I’ve heard this agument before and it is a lame one indeed. Maybe they had a moment of clarity. Use you brain and disect the words and meaning of the Pledge. Is there anything wrong with ASKING for a loyalty oath? No one is forced to recite it but I have no problem reciting it when asked, do you?
