Trust me, the cabal has already decided how to handle the 2020 election: Make it look like Trump “lost” and hope he goes quietly.

Which begs the question, what is occurring? There is no real progress on the wall, the numbers entering the US are higher than ever, no one is being deported, and the courts are abetting this travesty. Why not simply close the border or at least deploy troops on the border to secure it? Would the courts seriously tell Trump that he cannot command the military?
These judges are dangerous and will probably get millions killed.

I wish POTUS would ignore these ‘orders’. They can’t enforce them. They’re just being dictators on policy - the final arbiters - based on personal opinion. That isn’t ‘judging’. That is dictating.

Previously appropriated funds are being used to build, but the rate of building seems incredibly slow. I can’t answer your questions and I’d like to know what’s happening as well. Seems like someone would be reporting on this regularly given the attention, but a regular news feed on construction status seems hard to find.
An EO issued by President Trump (like others I never tire of hearing that title and name) withdrawing all security from this judge and the courthouse he works in. Reasoning, I guess the President has no power to block a border with invaders so I surely must not have power to allow security at a courthouse.
